At CEO Sidekicks, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring our clients’ success. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients, drive satisfaction, and help them achieve their business goals using our products/services.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
-Onboard new clients, guide them through product setup, and ensure they understand how to use our services effectively.
-Monitor client success and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
-Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues, ensuring high-quality support and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, support, product) to ensure smooth client experiences.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and report on results.
-Provide training and resources to clients to help them maximize the value of our product or service.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.
-Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
