Client Success Manager - Empowering Relationships, Inspiring Growth

At Structure 2 Scale, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager who embodies the genius of Galvanization and Wonder—someone who can energize clients, connect the dots, and help them achieve their goals while fostering long-term success.

As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client relationships. From discovery calls to onboarding, and throughout the client lifecycle, you’ll ensure our partners feel supported, heard, and set up for success.

What You’ll Do
- Client Discovery: Attend discovery calls to gather insights, take detailed notes, and lay the foundation for meaningful partnerships.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead clients through a smooth onboarding process, ensuring a strong start to their journey.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trust and rapport with clients, becoming their trusted advocate and go-to resource.
- Performance Monitoring: Track client progress, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to drive their growth.
- Problem-solving: Anticipate challenges, address issues proactively, and offer thoughtful solutions to keep clients on track.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help clients maximize the value of our services.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in client success, account management, or relationship-driven roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms.
- (Optional) Experience in a virtual assistant agency.
