Job Description: Full-Time Video Editor

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team full-time. The ideal candidate will specialize in editing cinematic talking-head videos and long-form content with a strong sense of design and an eye for detail. This role focuses on producing high-quality video content tailored for the interior design and architecture industries, blending technical expertise with creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit cinematic talking-head videos and long-form content, ensuring seamless transitions, storytelling, and aesthetic appeal.
Color Grading: Perform advanced color correction and grading to enhance the visual quality of footage.
Sound Design: Incorporate professional sound design, including audio leveling, background music, and sound effects, for a polished final product.
Effects and Enhancements: Add subtle effects, text overlays, and animations to elevate video quality while maintaining a professional tone.
Raw Clip Processing: Efficiently manage and process raw footage from professional cameras to produce high-resolution deliverables.
Content Creation: Produce engaging talking-head videos and organic video content tailored for interior design and architecture audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand project goals, implement feedback, and deliver exceptional video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience editing cinematic videos, with a portfolio showcasing talking heads, interviews, and long-form content.
Strong skills in color grading, sound design, and processing high-production raw footage.
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and correct visual or audio inconsistencies.
Strong design sensibility with an understanding of storytelling and aesthetic composition.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
