As a Chat Support Sales Representative, you will assist potential and existing customers via live chat, providing product information, answering inquiries, and helping close sales.

Requirement :

No experience necessary—we will provide you with all the training you need!
Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
A passion for sales and helping customers find the right solutions.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience using chat platforms, email, and CRM systems (training provided).
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours (weekends and evenings may be required).
