CAD Designer

Real Estate Broker needs a concept CAD drawing for the renovation of a 37000 square foot commercial building. The existing building is a historic building built in Upgrade to see actual info is a 3-story building with a basement. My proposed renovation plan is to use the 1st floor for small retail shops and restaurant and lounge, 2nd floor for offices, meeting rooms, and conference rooms, 3rd floor for residential condo units, roof for outside entertainment, and basement for a wine cellar and recreation room.
