We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Buyer Transaction Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate to manage the transaction process for buyers, from pend to close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems. You will maintain communication with all parties involved, including the Transaction Manager, Title Company, Lender, and clients, ensuring smooth and timely closings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track transactions from pend to close, ensuring accuracy in CRM and transaction systems.
Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and inspection reports.
Communicate regularly with the Transaction Manager, Title Company, Lender, and clients, providing updates and resolving any outstanding items.
Serve as the main point of contact for all parties, addressing questions and concerns efficiently.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues to avoid delays and ensure smooth closings.
Coordinate scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and other key events.
Maintain an organized system for tracking documents and deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate transaction coordination or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in CRM systems, transaction management software, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with real estate contracts and the transaction process is a plus.
