Business Representative/ Telemarketer

Tasks & responsibilities
* Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone calls, emails and assisting marketing with outreach campaigns
* Direct sales to new and existing Upgrade to see actual info clients globally
* Drive participation in Upgrade to see actual info’s benefits, practices and total rewards surveys
* Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
* Design and execute territory specific plans and forecasts
* Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and ongoing training

Qualifications & experience:
* Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Course
* Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a BPO industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
* Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization
