Business Relationship VA (Sponsorships + Retreat Partnerships)

Type: Part-Time (10–15 hrs/week to start)
Location: Remote | Philippines
Rate: $4–$6/hour (based on experience)

???? Core Responsibilities
Outreach + Follow-up:
DM or email local and international professionals (trainers, artists, vendors, sponsors, collaborators) to explore partnerships

Booking + Coordination:
Schedule 2–3 Zoom calls/month for potential partners (fitness instructors, brand sponsors, travel collabs)

Contract Management:
Send collaboration agreements, track deadlines, manage reminders, and help build templates

Lead Tracker Updates:
Provide weekly updates on hot, warm, and cold leads so we can prioritize energy

Event RSVP & Guest Liaison:
Help manage RSVPs, send confirmations, and create a presence list before events

? Skills & Qualities You’re Looking For
Excellent written English for DM and email correspondence
Friendly but professional communication style
Experience with event coordination, lead follow-up, or influencer/brand outreach
Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, Zoom, and Airtable
Detail-oriented with light project management skills
Comfortable navigating contracts or templates (no legal experience needed)
