Business Partner Ideas/Business Ideas/Entreprenuer

I'm looking for someone who is educated that knows business that has a business idea or two, three etc of ways where we can start a business together. I guess a business where it's possible to start only if someone is a US citizen but your expertise/knowledge can make us link us as business partners. I'm also open to other business ideas.
