What You’ll Do:

Provide feedback and assistance in implementing improvements to build out processes that support everyone being in flow.
Work with different members of the team to ensure that tasks are being completed well and efficiently.
Foster a lively and engaging team culture through fun and interesting team huddles.
Actively manage contracts, payroll, leave policies, and time off, ensuring everyone is well taken care of.
Ensure every team member feels they are part of the team and that they are working in or towards their flow state.
Keep abreast of our clients' needs, issues, and expectations to maintain excellence across the board.
