I run a sports betting Instagram management agency and need an expert to streamline and automate my business operations. The goal is to create a fully optimized workflow where my team can operate efficiently with minimal manual input from me.

Auto-assign tasks to the right team member (content creator, story uploader, engagement manager). Use Google Forms, Slack, or Airtable for smooth intake.

2. Workflow Automation – Organize workflows for content creation, posting, DM management, upselling, and reporting. Use ClickUp, Notion, or Trello for task delegation. Automate assignments and deadlines based on workload.

3. DM Management & Lead Conversion – Structure and automate DM responses, sales funnels, and lead tracking. Implement pre-scripted responses and upselling strategies. Track conversions via Google Sheets or CRM.

4. Performance & Scalability – Set up weekly reports for engagement, DM conversions, and revenue. Automate workflows to scale efficiently while keeping client-employee communication structured.
