WHAT YOU'LL DO (Your Superpowers)
* Own Execution & Accountability – You’ll be the driver ensuring projects, people, and priorities stay on track.
* Run Notion & Company Workflows – Organize our operations inside Notion, keeping teams aligned with our Vision Plan 2028.
* Hold Teams & Processes to a High Standard – Lead GSRs, track progress, and make sure no one’s slacking.
* Streamline Financial & Admin Processes – Work with our bookkeeper to oversee payments, invoices, and financial organization.
* Be the Bridge Between Ideas & Execution – Take high-level goals and break them down into clear, actionable steps.
* Support the CEO in High-Level Operations – Free up his time by structuring priorities, keeping communication tight, and eliminating bottlenecks.
