Job Summary:
Everline Roofing Group is seeking an expert-level Remote Business Management & Strategic Marketing Specialist to immediately generate high-value residential roofing jobs by managing and optimizing Meta
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a high-performance digital marketing strategy that fills our calendar with booked roofing jobs while ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). This role requires flawless English communication skills, expertise in paid digital advertising, and a deep understanding of lead generation, CRM management, and conversion optimization. Additionally, the candidate must be able to qualify inbound leads and book site visits for our Licensed Roofing Inspector to close deals.
???? Key Performance Expectation:
?Must have experience scaling businesses. It is mandatory that the individual in this role generates, qualifies, and closes at least 4-5 roofing deals within the first 30 days, using an ad spend budget of $1,500-$2,000, and scales the results in the following 30 days. (**Deals must be at least a minimum of 300sq or 3000sqft)

Key Responsibilities:
• Meta
o Develop, launch, and optimize highly targeted
o Implement advanced geo-targeting, income-based targeting, and behavioral insights to attract affluent homeowners.
o Continuously monitor, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, audiences, and budgets to maximize conversions.
o Reduce cost per lead (CPL) and increase appointment booking rates with strategic retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Social Media & Search Engine Advertising:
o Manage and scale paid advertising across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
o Utilize search engine marketing (PPC & SEO strategies) to capture high-intent leads searching for roofing services.
o Optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings to improve local search rankings and increase inbound organic leads.
o Implement lead tracking and automation to nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints.
• Lead Qualification & Appointment Booking:
o Screen and qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet Everline Roofing Group’s criteria for high-value projects.
o Engage with leads via phone,
o Book site visits for our Licensed Roofing Inspector and ensure seamless scheduling.
o Implement automated follow-up sequences to nurture and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
• CRM & Lead Generation Optimization:
o Manage and optimize JobNimbus CRM (or similar systems) to track and convert leads effectively.
o Ensure all leads are properly categorized, assigned, and followed up with in a timely manner.

o Analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) to refine marketing strategy.
o Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments to optimize for conversions.
o Develop a scalable marketing strategy that ensures sustainable business growth and profitability.

Requirements:
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Meta Ads, social media advertising, Google Ads, and lead generation.
• Proven success in scaling service-based businesses (roofing, home improvement, or similar industries preferred).
• Extensive experience managing high-volume ad budgets while reducing lead costs and maximizing conversions.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
• CRM management expertise (JobNimbus, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
• Experience in lead qualification and appointment setting for high-ticket sales.
Skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager
• Flawless spoken and written English (must be highly articulate and professional in communication).
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust campaigns for maximum profitability.
• Strong ability to engage, qualify, and convert leads into booked appointments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute, test, and scale multiple campaigns at once.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel’s lead generation system and ability to build out retargeting workflows.
