Cutting-edge science has proven that there is a regulating field of energy and information that operates in the physical body at the subcellular level. At Energy4Life, we call this the human body-field.

In over three decades of research, we have discovered that distortions and blockages in the
body-field can lead to physical problems and deteriorating health.
We are a technology and data rich organisation that needs a dedicated business intelligence developer to be focused on building business intelligence and business processes into our systems. This will range from further development/enhancement of our existing Power BI setup, reporting on marketing, sales and manufacturing data and developing affiliate/referral/commission programmes with reporting.
You will be providing the eyes for our organisation to ensure we exceed our targets of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement Power BI dashboards to visualize data from our bespoke SQL server based platform, Hubspot, phone systems and marketing ad systems transforming raw data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
-Develop automated reports for the leadership team, enabling the tracking of trends, and key performance indicators across the environment.
-Use APIs and data connectors to integrate external systems into Power BI, ensuring real-time and historical data visualization for comprehensive monitoring.
-Optimise Power BI dashboards to handle large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring fast query performance and seamless data interaction.
-Work closely with the leadership team to design data visualisations and develop reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field is a must
-3+ years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
-Experience with SQL and ETL is a must
-Excellent knowledge of PowerBI & DAX
-Experience with Azure devops
-Experience with API connectivity is required
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
-A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement with an eye for detail to check data accuracy

Schedule: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (MST timezone)
12am-8am Monday to Friday - Philippine Time
