Are you a skilled business development professional with a knack for creating and executing inbound and outbound strategies to drive growth? Our agency is seeking a Business Development Strategist to focus on expanding our agency’s reach and enhancing the personal brand of the owner. This role is key to developing a strong market presence, generating qualified B2B leads, and establishing us as a leader in our industry.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Design and execute cold calling, cold
Inbound Strategy Execution: Develop and optimize strategies to nurture inbound leads generated through content marketing, social media, and other channels.
Personal Brand Growth: Create and implement strategies to expand the owner’s personal brand through LinkedIn engagement, speaking opportunities, and targeted outreach.
CRM Management: Utilize tools like GoHighLevel to track lead generation efforts, measure performance, and refine outreach strategies.
Content Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach messaging aligns with the agency’s brand voice and values.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.
KPI Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to lead generation and outreach effectiveness.
Strategy Refinement: Continuously test and refine inbound and outbound marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B business development, with a focus on inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
Expertise in prospecting techniques such as cold calling, cold
Strong understanding of CRM platforms like GoHighLevel to manage and track lead generation.
Familiarity with personal branding strategies, particularly on LinkedIn and social platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
