We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development and Sales Specialist** to accelerate growth for our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, experience in identifying new business opportunities, and the ability to close deals while fostering long-term relationships.
### **Responsibilities:**
- Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients and partners to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies using tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and improve sales materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably for SaaS products.
- Expertise in using sales and CRM tools like **HubSpot, Salesforce**, or **Pipedrive**.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing sales KPIs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
### **Preferred:**
- Experience with outbound
- Knowledge of SaaS pricing models and value-based selling.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
