Business Development Telemarketer

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and business growth?
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Telemarketer to join our team and help us expand our customer base through outbound calls, lead generation, and strategic outreach.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients

Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Follow up on warm leads and nurture them into sales

Maintain a CRM with accurate, up-to-date customer information

Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call and sales targets

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (2+ years preferred)

Strong communication and persuasive skills

Ability to handle rejection with professionalism and positivity

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Business development experience is a plus
