We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Business Development Specialist & Cold Caller to join our team and drive the growth of our Business Coaching Program. This role will involve a combination of prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential clients, identifying their business needs, and presenting tailored coaching solutions. This individual will play a key role in expanding the reach and success of our business coaching services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients within the target market.
Qualify leads and identify opportunities for the Business Coaching Program through phone and
Build a pipeline of potential clients and set appointments for further follow-ups or consultations.
Introduce and explain the benefits of the business coaching program, positioning it as the solution for their business challenges.
Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
2. Sales & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business goals and needs.
Promote the coaching program and its value proposition in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Schedule and lead consultations with qualified leads, offering personalized solutions.
Close sales by converting leads into clients, ensuring that sales quotas and targets are met or exceeded.
3. Business Development & Market Research:
Identify new market segments, industries, or potential clients for the business coaching program.
Conduct research to better understand the needs of businesses and entrepreneurs who would benefit from coaching services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve outreach methods.
Provide feedback from prospects and clients to improve the program offerings and sales process.
4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, appointments, follow-ups, and sales progress within the CRM system.
Report on key metrics, including the number of calls made, leads generated, appointments set, and sales closed.
Monitor and manage sales performance to ensure objectives and goals are consistently met or exceeded.
5. Collaboration & Team Support:
Work closely with the business coaching team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and coaching teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client needs.
Participate in regular tea
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or cold calling (at least [X] years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
Experience with cold calling and prospecting new business in a goal-oriented sales environment.
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to track leads and sales activity.
Basic understanding of business coaching or consulting services is a plus.
