To drive our next phase of growth and innovation, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist with expertise in BPO, e-commerce, brand strategy, AI automation, web development, and finance.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Business Development Specialist, you will refine and optimize our business strategy, focusing on:
- Scaling AI-powered VA services for e-commerce brands.
- Streamlining AI integration into customer service, sales, and operations.
- Enhancing client acquisition and sales funnel optimization.

- Financial planning and revenue scaling for long-term profitability.

Your role is to strategize, advise, and implement growth-driven solutions to our VA agency as an industry leader in AI-driven
outsourcing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Growth & Scaling
- Optimize AI-augmented VA services for e-commerce, real estate, and digital marketing clients.
- Develop scalable revenue models (subscription-based AI+VA services, consulting, performance-based pricing).
- Advise on client acquisition strategies (targeting Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce businesses).

AI & Automation Strategy
- Guide AI integration in VA workflows for customer service, sales, and operations.
- Optimize AI-powered VA hiring, training, and onboarding processes.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools for automation and workflow optimization.

Sales & Marketing Optimization
- Position the company as a premium AI-powered outsourcing service.
- Develop high-converting sales funnels for different client segments (DTC brands, dropshippers, agencies).
- Enhance SEO, content marketing, and inbound lead generation strategies.

Financial Strategy & Performance Metrics
- Structure pricing models that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Provide insights on cash flow management, cost reduction, and scaling financials.
- Set up AI-driven performance tracking dashboards for VAs and clients.

Operational Efficiency & SOP Enhancement
- Optimize AI-powered SOPs for hiring, onboarding, customer service, and sales.
- Develop training frameworks for AI-enhanced VAs.
- Implement legal and compliance best practices in global VA operations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Experience in BPO, AI-driven outsourcing, and e-commerce operations.
- Expertise in AI automation, chatbots, workflow optimization, and SaaS solutions.
- Strong financial acumen (pricing strategies, revenue modeling, P&L analysis).
- Proven track record in scaling service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce).
- Sales & marketing expertise (funnels, paid ads, LinkedIn, SEO).
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
