JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team remotely! This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in cold calling and lead generation. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and driving growth through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients.
-Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects.
-Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
-Set up appointments or close sales, depending on the business model.
-Maintain and update CRM records with call details and progress.
-Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
-Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
-Manage social media accounts and develop content strategies.
-Write, edit, and proofread content for various platforms, including newsletters and marketing materials.
-Create graphics and visual content for social media and promotional materials.
-Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
-Assist with personal tasks, event planning, and administrative duties.
-Generate leads and support sales reporting.
-Manage CRM using Purple Dot and maintain organized customer data.
-Coordinate and schedule meetings using Outlook Calendar.


Requirements:
-Proven experience in business development, cold calling, or sales.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
-Ability to handle objections and think quickly on your feet.
-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems (preferred).
-Experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
-Strong writing, proofreading, and marketing skills.
-Proficiency in email marketing, lead generation, and CRM management (Purple Dot experience preferred but not required).
-Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and goals.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
