About This Business Development Specialist Role:
Here at SRC our primary goal with our audience is to educate them on the discipline of Workforce Management (WFM). All our business development efforts are focused on making our ideal audience aware of who we are AND getting them to engage with us.
Our Business Development Specialist will help us reach our appointment setting goal of 45 appointments per quarter.
You are a great fit for this Business Development role if:

• You have strong analytical, writing & communication skills.
• You can follow a business development process BUT also make it your own
• You are able to quickly understand SRC Service offerings & buyer persona(s).
As a Business Development Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Building & Managing List
• Building Rapport with prospects on your list
• Booking 5 qualified appointments a week.
