JOB OVERVIEW

What You’ll Do:
-Engage on LinkedIn: Leave thoughtful comments to build and nurture relationships.
-Cold Outreach Campaigns: Send cold emails and social media messages to generate interest and find new leads.
-Schedule Initial Calls: Be the first contact for new leads by scheduling calls and making sure they smoothly move to the next step
-Optimize Campaigns: Improve outreach strategies to get more responses and calls scheduled.
-Lead List Building: Use tools to create lead lists and keep them organized in Google Sheets.

You might be the one we are looking for if you…
-Have 2+ years of business development experience.
-Have experience with cold calling, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach.
-Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
-Include the word “BDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented.
-Are comfortable speaking on video calls.
-Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap).
-Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
-Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
