Business Development Representative (On-Site)

Must be in Cebu City and willing to work on site.


Location:
1701 Chinabank Corporate Center, Samar Loop, Hipodromo, Cebu City


Pay:
$5-$6/hr + 10% recurring commissions and earn up 60,000 PHP +/month plus Commissions
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm EST with 1hr unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks


Qualifications:
- MUST Speak great English without accent (American Sounding)
- MUST have great energy on the phone
- Able to report on-site when needed
- Quick thinker, able to rebuttal
- Persuasive with the ability to negotiate with leads
- Excellent written English


Responsibilities:
- Convincing US companies to outsource to the Philippines
- Source and generate leads through online platforms
- Reply to interested leads generated by the lead gen team Cold Calling
- Manage pipeline
- Manage accounts
- Must reach a quota of:
Average 20 new leads per day
3 new clients successfully launched per month
