JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and reliable Business Development Representative to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for calling leads, following up, booking appointments, and helping us grow our business. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

???? What You’ll Do:
• Call leads from our CRM (no cold calling – warm leads)
• Follow up via phone, SMS, or email
• Qualify leads and book appointments
• Update and manage lead statuses in CRM
• Coordinate with our internal team on follow-ups
• Build trust and maintain a friendly, professional tone

?

? You Should Have:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Clear and confident phone presence
• Prior experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead follow-up
• Basic knowledge of CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

• $4/hour (40 hours/week)
• Weekly or bi-weekly payments
• Performance bonuses available

• Remote – Open to applicants from Philippines, Kenya, Bangladesh, Pakistan, or similar time zones.
