JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation Identify and connect with potential tenant clients, leveraging market research and targeted outreach.
- Skip Tracing & Prospect Research Gather and verify contact information for key decision-makers in the commercial real estate sector.
- Relationship Building Engage with prospects, nurture client relationships, and support long-term business development strategies.
- Tenant Representation Support Assist in identifying potential leasing opportunities, tracking market trends, and coordinating client interactions.
- CRM & Database Management Maintain and update prospect lists, ensuring organized and strategic follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in business development, sales, or commercial real estate.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and prospect research.
- Knowledge of the tenant representation process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
