Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist & Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility is end to end sales - generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and schedule appointments and closer.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Set up qualified appointments for discovery call.
Conduct initial client consultations to understand their needs and align them with our services.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in business development or appointment setting, preferably with a virtual staffing agency.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and tracking progress.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools and platforms for communication and client management.
Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
