JOB OVERVIEW

We are an MSP Provider based in Florida, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage and optimize our GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow, Email Marketing Campaign, and Nedzo (AI-powered appointment setter) processes. This role requires an individual who can actively engage with leads and manage workflows. If you’re a sales-driven specialist with deep knowledge of the BDR process and experience with GHL workflows, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Email Campaigns, GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow, and Nedzo for lead generation.
• Actively engage with leads via email, automation, and follow-ups.
• Handle manual tasks related to email campaigns, including responding to specific lead inquiries.
• Document and refine lead generation processes to improve efficiency.
• Book appointments and assist in closing deals when necessary.
• Respond to emails and handle lead inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality lead conversion.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (BDR experience preferred).
• Must have experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and Familiarity with automation tools like Email Campaign & Appointment Setting tools.
• Strong understanding of email outreach strategies and engagement.
• Ability to manage and optimize automated campaigns while handling lead nurturing.
• Excellent communication and prospecting skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and automation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
