We are expanding our enterprise offerings and seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating opportunities within the CMT (Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Technology) sectors while staying informed about relevant legislation and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify potential clients in the CMT sectors by leveraging insights into market trends, emerging technologies, and Ceartas DMCA’s unique solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research on target companies, industries, and competitors to craft tailored outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on global business trends and challenges in brand protection, particularly within the digital ecosystem.

Client Engagement:
• Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers, building rapport and understanding their brand protection needs.
• Present and clearly communicate Ceartas DMCA’s value proposition, demonstrating how our solutions address challenges like IP theft, online fraud, compliance, and reputation risks.
• Organize and participate in discovery calls and presentations, showcasing the unique benefits of our AI-powered platform.

Legislation Awareness:
• Stay informed about global and regional legislation related to intellectual property, copyright, and online brand protection.
• Position Ceartas DMCA as a trusted partner by educating prospects on how our solutions align with legal compliance and mitigate risks in the evolving regulatory environment.

Sales Pipeline Management:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute tailored outreach campaigns.
• Manage and update Salesforce CRM with accurate prospect data, interaction notes, and follow-up tasks to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales, keeping them informed on prospect developments, progress in the sales pipeline, and key market trends.
• Commit to sales numbers and revenue targets, ensuring accountability and alignment with the company’s overall business goals.

Collaboration:
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to provide feedback on market needs and pain points.
• Collaborate on the development of sales collateral, presentations, and case studies tailored for the CMT market.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for improving outreach strategies and expanding market reach.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Technology sectors.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the CMT sectors and challenges related to intellectual property, brand protection, and online threats.
• Legislation Acumen: Familiarity with intellectual property laws, DMCA compliance, copyright regulations, and global legislation affecting brand protection.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, data, and customer pain points to craft impactful outreach strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, email automation tools, and other sales enablement platforms.
• Driven & Resilient: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with a self-starter attitude and a passion for relationship building.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred..
