Location: REMOTE
Employment Type: Part-time (10hrs/week)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts. Your strong writing skills and ability to connect with businesses will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic communication.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for senior sales tea
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor outreach messaging effectively.
- Track and analyze outreach efforts and results, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
About You:
- The ideal candidate is an energetic and driven, goal-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a knack for -understanding customer needs. You have experience in business development and are comfortable initiating conversations that drive results. You are also comfortable on the phone and on camera
Must Have:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Excellent English with minimal accent
- HD webcam and mic
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
- Experience selling products to businesses (B2B sales experience preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
