Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
Utilize CRM, cold calling, and
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a BDR, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot and Apollo).

Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
