Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
Schedule meetings and presentations for the Sales team.
Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute outbound strategies.
Maintain and manage a CRM system to track leads and performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for growth.
Participate in sales calls and learn best practices in closing deals.

Requirements & Qualifications
We’re looking for a graduate with some account management or customer service experience ready to dive into global talent management:
Experience in Sales and cold calling: This is not necessary but a huge plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Relationship Builder: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Client-Centric: Experience in account management or customer service.
Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Remote Work Set Up: Comfortable working independently and remotely with correct internet and energy back up set up.
Bachelor's Degree: Graduated with or on course to achieve a grade of 75-100% (Distinction/First Class). Any degree is acceptable, but a humanities degree would be a bonus (e.g., International Relations, Government & Politics, etc.).
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other client management tools/ willing to learn quickly.
