Job Summary:
We're in search of an experienced Offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our recruitment company as a Lead Generation Specialist / Business Development Representative. We are interested in establishing a long-term working relationship as you will play a pivotal role for our growing firm. Your primary responsibilities include list building, research, client and decision-maker avatar identification, and efficiently organizing tasks. You will be managing initial outreach via LinkedIn and e-mail to prospective clients. Additional duties include lead generation campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, setting appointments, and collaborating with the team to develop effective systems and processes are also crucial aspects of this role. We value initiative and creativity in finding innovative ways to engage with potential leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand ideal client and candidate profiles (avatars).
• Conduct market research and mapping to identify potential clients in our niche.
• Research Job Board and LinkedIn for relevant jobs and research decision makers
• Craft MPC Campaigns (most peaceable candidate) that match those open jobs
• Setup job alerts on websites and LinkedIn for existing clients and notify team
• Create campaign message sequencing and establish campaign automation.
• Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn to potential clients.
• Build and maintain comprehensive lists of qualified prospects within our niche.
• Identify and assess prospects to ensure they fit the desired avatar criteria.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and other communication platforms to initiate contact with prospects.
• Work with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies to increase response rates.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, suggesting improvements.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and interactions with prospects.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and optimize systems and processes for lead generation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
**Availability: M-F 8am-5pm US/Central Time **
• Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
• B2B Lead generation and business development experience
• Ability to understand and align with our ideal avatar and target market.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing outreach effectiveness and making data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative and think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment client lead generation techniques and industry-specific terminology (training provided).
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to engage potential leads.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Project management software (Asana, Monday, etc)
• Engagement Automation (Reply.io, Dripify.io)
• Microsoft Office (Desktop)
• MS Teams and Zoom.
• ATS/CRM systems
