This role has a starting base salary of $240 per month (based on a 20 hour work week) PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION $$$

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth by qualifying leads and initiating conversations with potential clients. Your efforts will lay the foundation for the sales team to close new deals, and you'll play a critical role in building relationships with prospects. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, an excellent problem-solver, and driven by achieving targets and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels (LinkedIn, etc.).
Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs and pain points, ensuring they align with the company’s offerings.
Outreach and Engagement: Engage with potential clients to generate interest in our products/services and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information, activity logs, and contact details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support in closing deals.
Follow-Up: Timely follow-up on leads, track interactions, and ensure the continued engagement of prospects through multiple touchpoints.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and qualification targets to contribute to overall team success.
