Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and growth-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be instrumental in fueling our company's expansion. This role offers a clear career path to advanced sales positions, such as Account Executive, with opportunities for rapid progression for top performers.
As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for successful partnerships. Primary Function:
The primary objective of the BDR is to generate and nurture high-quality leads, book qualified discovery meetings, and establish a strong foundation for our sales team to close deals. The role is focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building, playing a critical role in driving the company’s growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within our target markets to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Outreach and Engagement: Initiate personalized outreach through calls,
Booking Discovery Meetings: Book a minimum of 15-20 qualified discovery meetings per month, contributing directly to the company's monthly revenue target.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track and manage lead interactions, ensuring all sales activities are recorded accurately and efficiently.
Daily Activities:
Engage in reactive prospecting (2 hours) and proactive sourcing (2 hours) to identify and qualify potential leads.
Conduct targeted call blocks (2 hours) to connect with decision-makers.
Manage tasks and meticulously update CRM with all interactions, ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights for the sales team.
Weekly Activities:
Review and analyze the effectiveness of outreach efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.
Attend training sessions and tea
Brainstorm and develop new outreach campaigns and content ideas.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 1-3 years in sales or business development, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment. Candidates with experience in cold calling and transactional sales cycles are preferred.
Mindset: Possesses a growth mindset, coachability, and resilience. Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Incentives:
Compensation: Competitive base salary with a variable component tied to performance metrics, such as meetings booked and pipeline generated. Achieving 110%+ of meeting targets will make you eligible for additional monthly bonuses.
