First 4 Hours: Focus on Cleaning Service Provider (8 AM - 12 PM PST).
Last 4 Hours: Focus on Painting Company (1 PM - 5 PM PST).
Pay rate : $7.5/hr + commission (tbd)
Target Start : January 3rd week

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships for two companies: a reputable painting company and a trusted cleaning service provider. This hybrid role is pivotal in converting leads into clients, managing inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships to expand both businesses.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
Hybrid Role Functions:
Virtual Estimates: Use photos and spreadsheets to provide accurate estimates for services.
Sales Process Management: Respond to client inquiries, schedule follow-ups, and finalize deals.

Business Development: Conduct outreach to apartment complexes, commercial clients, and realtors to generate leads and grow the businesses.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term partnerships and ensure high client satisfaction.
Invoice Follow-Ups: Ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
Painting Company Responsibilities:
Provide remote painting estimates tailored to client needs.
Schedule in-person visits to close deals.
Cultivate relationships with realtors to establish referral partnerships.
Foster long-term partnerships to expand the painting business.
Cleaning Service Provider Responsibilities:
Focus on services such as window washing, gutter cleaning, and light installation.
Manage business development efforts to target apartment complexes and commercial clients.
Lead Management and Reporting:
Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, update client information, and monitor progress.
Utilize RingCentral for efficient communication with prospects.
Prepare reports detailing outreach efforts, client follow-ups, and sales performance.
Key Qualities and Skills:
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close deals and deliver results.
Relationship-Building: Excellent ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce CRM and RingCentral preferred. Java experience is a plus but not required.
Communication: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with minimal accent.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
Adaptability: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards in all interactions.
