Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with expertise in health and technology industries, a proven ability to generate leads, and close deals independently. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Australian clients, exceptional English communication skills, and a natural talent for sales. This individual will consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualification and Skills:
-Proven success in lead generation and closing deals independently.
-Experience in sales within health and technology sectors.
-Strong understanding of the Australian market and client needs.
-Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Skilled in collaborating with and utilising a social media team to drive targeted outcomes.
-Consistent track record of exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
-Develop and maintain relationships with Australian clients and stakeholders.
-Create and present tailored solutions for clients in health and technology.
-Close deals independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
-Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed KPIs.
-Leverage the capabilities of a social media team to enhance lead generation and drive desired outcomes.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
-Extensive knowledge of health and technology industries.
-Proven ability to work with Australian clients and meet their expectations.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a natural talent for selling.
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
