As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Leasing Associate to enhance our leasing efforts and maximize occupancy across our portfolio.

Job Summary:

The Business Development & Leasing Associate will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition, engaging with local businesses, generating referrals, and increasing occupancy across CS3 Investments’ commercial properties. This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong communication, networking, and sales skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment and is passionate about commercial real estate and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Proactively identify and engage potential tenants, including local businesses, startups, and expanding companies.
- Develop relationships with brokers, business owners, and referral partners to generate leads.
- Conduct virtual meetings, cold calls, and email outreach to promote leasing opportunities.

2. Leasing & Follow-ups:
- Follow up with prospective tenants who have toured properties but haven’t signed a lease.
- Address objections and provide solutions to help close deals.
- Assist in negotiating lease terms in collaboration with the leasing team.

3. Marketing & Business Development:
- Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for different property types.
- Identify local business networks and online communities to promote leasing opportunities.
- Leverage social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach to engage prospects.

4. Tenant Relations & Retention:
- Work closely with existing tenants to encourage renewals and expansions within CS3 properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure a positive experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance tenant satisfaction and property appeal.

5. Market Research & Reporting:
- Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities in key markets.
- Provide weekly reports on leasing activity, outreach efforts, and pipeline status.
- Identify areas for improvement in the leasing strategy and recommend solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, business development, sales, or commercial real estate (preferred).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage prospects and track outreach.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate leases and market dynamics is a plus.
