**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and design, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
* **Business Development:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* **Sales Presentations & Proposals:** Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase Hyper Trellis's services and value proposition.
* **Negotiation & Closing:** Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
* **Market Research:** Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
* **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
* **Reporting:** Regularly report on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market trends to the management team.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or web development industry.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
* Knowledge of Webflow and WordPress platforms is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM software.
* Excellent written and verbal English skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Benefits:**
* **Generous commission structure: 5% of the total ticket value on successful deal closures along with basic salary.**
