Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, lead qualification, and social media outreach, with a focus on tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and driving leads through the sales pipeline to support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research new leads within target industries.
Qualify leads through strategic outreach, ensuring they meet the criteria for the sales pipeline.
Create and manage targeted outreach campaigns to engage prospects and nurture them into sales opportunities.

Outbound Communication:
Conduct outbound calling and email follow-ups to engage leads, answer inquiries, and schedule meetings or demos.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively pitch services, address client needs, and drive conversions.

Lead Management:
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
Manage the lead pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified and moved through the sales funnel.

Autonomous Work & Decision-Making:
Work independently and make quick, informed decisions regarding lead qualification and prioritization.
Take ownership of your territory and achieve individual sales targets.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition to the sales process.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and help optimize campaigns.

Reporting and Insights:
Track lead generation metrics, analyze performance, and report on outcomes to improve strategy and conversion rates.
Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and results.

Qualifications:

Experience:
1-3 years of business development or lead generation experience.
Proficiency in Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and qualification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on outbound calling and email follow-ups.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
