We are expanding our reach and seeking a Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition, data collection and revenue growth. This role offers the potential for a full-time position in the near future, based on performance and company needs.
This part-time role (4 hours/day) is ideal for a highly motivated professional with experience in B2B sales, and healthcare/medical industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify, gather information and engage potential partners, medical organizations, and corporate clients.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management – Assist in selling CSurgeries’ offerings to healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Market Research & Strategy – Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to support business growth.
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain and track progress using CRM tools.
- Support Business Growth Initiatives – Assist in executing business development strategies to expand reach and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to research, identify, and engage new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).? Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
