Job Overview:
As the Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business development by managing daily outreach, follow-ups, and client engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a results-driven mindset to ensure outreach goals are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily
Follow-Up Management: Track replies and manage follow-ups through task management tools (e.g., Superhuman, Google Tasks).
Client Engagement: Ensure all responses are professional and timely. Escalate any positive replies to leadership for next steps.
Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve outreach efficiency and communication strategies.
Proactive Reporting: Provide daily updates on outreach numbers and progress, flagging any challenges to leadership.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or business development.
Proficiency in managing
Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales tools for effective lead and data management.
Excellent communication skills—must be able to maintain clear and open communication with leadership and tea
A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while being a collaborative team player.
Experience in process improvement—ability to contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes, including attending regular tea
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
