The Position involves frequent interaction with prospective investors, ability to think of your feet and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage the investors relations and fundraising team’s point of engagement with investors which includes scheduling, logistics and execution of investor calls and meetings
* Oversee the management of the Investor Relations CRM
* Track potential investors using Hubspot CRM
* Routine calls to investors in the database during capital raising activities. The goal is to set up a call between investors and the Managing Partner using his schedule.
Qualifications:
* Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong phone etiquette, attention to detail and work ethic
* Experience using Linkedin Sales Navigator for lead generation
* Proven ability to independently use the Managing Partner's story and team track record to land new investors.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a prospective investor
* A proven track record of building and harvesting relationships with internal and external audiences
* 3 to 5 years of experience in call center or business development job
* Fluent in working and managing databases and CRM platforms
This job starts as part-time with the ultimate goal of transitioning to full time upon satisfactory work.
