Business Development Agent (Telemarketer/Receptionist)

Martin Management Group is seeking a Business Development Agent (Telemarketer/Receptionist) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

-Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
-Provide truly exceptional customer service in a fast-paced work environment at a high-volume dealership.
-Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally
-Answer incoming calls in a friendly manner utilizing a multi-line phone operator system
-Identify customer needs, clarify information, direct to the appropriate department
-Identify and escalate customer service issues to supervisors
-Follow scripts and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer service

Requirements:

-Residing in Metro Manila is preferred
-One year of customer service experience
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency with computer
-Ability to type >50 words per minute at a minimum
-Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
-Must be able to multi-task
-Must be a solution-oriented problem solver
-Customer Satisfaction focused
-Speed and efficiency
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
-Amenable to work US hours (Central Time)
