Job Overview:

Talent Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Salesperson to join our team as a Business Development Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our permanent placement recruitment services to organizations seeking top talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven track record in B2B client acquisition, and experience within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of recruitment services through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry research.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored permanent placement solutions.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Presentations & Demos: Present Talent Staffing and Recruiting’s services to potential clients, showcasing how we can fulfill their hiring needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations on service agreements, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and success metrics using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the recruitment industry is required).
• A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs (key performance indicators) in lead generation, sales calls, and closed deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to manage and track sales activity.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with clients across diverse industries.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST
• US Shift
