We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) expert to assist with troubleshooting and optimizing the Order Planning function, which is currently not working as expected. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Central, particularly in order management, demand planning, inventory control, and MRP functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and diagnose issues with the Order Planning function in Business Central.
- Identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve system functionality.
- Configure and optimize Order Planning settings to align with business needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to implement best practices for inventory and demand planning.
- Provide guidance and training to users on how to utilize the Order Planning feature effectively.
- Ensure system stability and performance improvements through necessary adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically in Order Planning, Inventory Management, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience troubleshooting Business Central configurations, data flows, and reporting issues.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Available for remote collaboration and timely troubleshooting.
