Job Description:
Infinite Modern Brands is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Automation Specialist with a focus on CRM management and customer success automation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about streamlining sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes through automation. If you excel at identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and optimize marketing and sales automations tailored to Infinite Modern Brands' diverse business needs.
* Manage CRM systems including Pipeline CRM to streamline sales pipelines, from lead generation to conversion, across our various brands.
* Record Loop Tutorials on how to use Pipeline CRM for lead and customer management.
* Develop and set up email/SMS nurture sequences to increase engagement and conversion rates.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
* Create seamless, efficient, and error-free workflows that integrate with existing systems and platforms including UPC code tracking.
* Optimize landing pages including Typeform, Meta, TikTok, https://www.lyvecom.com/ and other digital touchpoints to boost lead acquisition and reduce cost per acquisition.
* Monitor and maintain automated workflows with Shopify - Quickbooks - ShipStation, making adjustments to enhance performance and meet business objectives.
* Provide insights on new technologies and tools that can drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in designing and implementing business automation solutions.
* Strong expertise in CRM management and sales pipeline automation.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipeline CRM, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
* Knowledge of integration tools such as Zapier and Typeform.
* Proficiency in optimizing landing pages using platforms like WordPress, Instapage, Unbounce, and ClickFunnels.
* Familiarity with tools like Calendly, Stripe, Paypal, Docusign, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving business processes.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Must be available to work on PST (Pacific Standard Time) to align with California-based operations.
Must have access to a recent computer with updated software and a reliable, high-speed internet connection to support efficient remote work and communications.
