Business Automation Specialist - API & AI

Job Description:
Infinite Modern Brands is looking for a tech-savvy Business Automation & AI Integration Specialist to streamline our sales, marketing, and eCommerce operations through advanced automation and API integrations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and problem solver who excels in leveraging AI tools, automation software, and API integrations to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and boost business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and implement advanced automation workflows for marketing, sales, and customer success processes using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and ActiveCampaign.
-Develop AI-driven automations to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales pipeline efficiency.
Integrate eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Quickbooks, ShipStation) through API connections to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
-Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms to handle repetitive tasks.
Establish and optimize APIs to connect systems such as Meta, TikTok, Typeform, Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, and Google Analytics.
-Develop and implement AI tools to automate customer interactions, chatbots, and personalized marketing campaigns.
-Create training materials, including Loop tutorials, to educate staff on using Pipeline CRM and automated tools.
-Monitor and maintain automated workflows, making adjustments as needed to improve performance and meet business objectives.
-Stay current with AI technologies, recommending new tools and platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in business automation, AI integrations, and API management.
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipeline CRM, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo).
-Expertise in automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and API development.
-Familiarity with eCommerce tools (Shopify, Quickbooks, ShipStation) and landing page platforms (Typeform, WordPress, ----Instapage, Unbounce, ClickFunnels).
-Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and eCommerce analytics dashboards.
-Strong skills in scripting and automation, with knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or low-code platforms.
-Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) for automating content generation and customer engagement.
-Knowledge of API integrations, including eCommerce, finance, and marketing tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:
-Access to a high-performance computer capable of running multiple automation tools and data processing tasks.
-Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
-Availability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (9 AM - 5 PM PST).
