Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. If you excel at analyzing requirements and collaborating with diverse teams, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
-Develop detailed process flows, data models, and system specifications.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve complex business problems.
-Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
-Proficiency in JIRA.
-Knowledge of development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AWS.
-Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a strong advantage.
