This exhibit is an agreement between Cater investment Group and Isiah Nuwagaba (“Vendor” or “Consultant”), referred to as the “Agreement”.


Project Description/Deliverables:
Consultant will support CIG with effective, accurate, and impactful research and financial analysis to drive the identification of and valuation of a target business to acquire through December 27, 2024.

Description:
• Assess the qualities of various businesses according to business characteristics
• Review historical financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Analyze revenue streams, margins, and cost structures.
• Evaluate financial projections and assumptions.
• Assess working capital requirements and trends.
• Investigate tax compliance and liabilities.
• Identify existing debt obligations, leases, and off-balance-sheet liabilities.
• Assess potential financial risks and discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned
