Lightning Products, a Silver (soon-to-be Gold) Bubble.io NoCode Agency in Australia,
specializes in creating custom NoCode solutions using Bubble.io and Make.com.

Led by globally recognized Bubble expert Dave McManus, we have built 30+ applications for
clients like Ford and Green Buildings Council. Our mission is to lead NoCode innovation and
deliver sustainable, impactful solutions.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bubble Developer to join our dynamic team.

This individual will play a critical role in developing, customizing, and scaling Bubble-based
applications for a variety of clients, from startups to large enterprises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Bubble.io’s visual programming platform, a track
record of creating efficient and scalable web applications, and a keen eye for design and user
experience.

This role will report directly to the Head of Product or CEO.

Responsibilities
- Work on projects to build and scale a next-generation SEO tool on Bubble.
- Work with the product lead to build new features.
- Make engineering decisions about how to build new functionality.
- Build out, refine, and optimize data architecture in Bubble.
- Research, integrate with, and optimize the use of external APIs.
- Create and improve app logic (data sources, workflows, integrations).
- Consistently deliver a stellar end-user experience.
- Help the product lead prioritize and refine the product roadmap.
- Occasionally learn from users as they use the application.
- Communicate effectively and clearly in a fast-paced team environment

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time (or 3 years part-time) experience building Bubble applications
- Bubble.io official certification (or willing to get certified within first four weeks of working
with us)
- Mastery of one or many aspects of Bubble is a must.
- Proven skills building and improving cloud applications.
- Database administration experience is a plus.
- Structured analytical thinking. Analytical prowess (breaking problems apart).
- Proficient using online tools for project management and communication.
- Superior English verbal and written communication skills.
- Full-stack development experience is not required, but a plus.
