JOB OVERVIEW

Cabinet and Building Supply and Custom building company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of growing and monetizing social media accounts, generating leads through paid advertisements (PPC, FB, IG, Tiktok), and creating and growing a strong brand. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and take our brands to new heights

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Strategize on building, growing, and monetizing our brands
-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms to drive engagement, increase followers, increase leads, and monetize our social media accounts effectively.
-Create and curate compelling content that aligns with our brand identity
-Manage FB, Google, and other ads
-Manage review accounts like Yelp, GMB, etc
-Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation.
-Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to showcase the success of monetization efforts.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our brand maintains a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
-Engage with our social media community, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with followers to build brand loyalty.

Requirements:
-Experience in growing brands and monetizing them
-Experience with paid ads, Google, FB, IG, Tiktok
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on successfully monetizing social media accounts.
-Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve ROI through social media strategies and campaigns.
-Proficiency in social media analytics and tracking tools to measure performance and extract actionable insights.
-Strong understanding of content marketing, audience segmentation, and social media advertising best practices.
-Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content and identify unique monetization opportunities.
-Familiarity with various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
-Experience in e-commerce and online business development is a plus
